• Composite construction consisting of three sections: lumbar, thigh, and a polycentric mechanism.

a) Lumbar Section

• The belt is made of foam material.
• Moisture-wicking.
• Fastens at the front with Velcro.
• Features two internal foam compression pads.
• Equipped with a special mechanism (compression cords) that provides controlled stabilization of the lumbar spine.

b) Thigh Section

• Made of foam material.
• Moisture-wicking.
• Features a telescopic mechanism for proper fit on the thigh at selectable positions.

c) Polycentric mechanism

• The polycentric mechanism can be applied bilaterally, depending on the affected side.
• It connects to both the lumbar and femoral sections.
• The flexion-extension range is adjustable via an Allen key at selectable positions. • Flexion: 0° to 120° (0° - 20° - 40° - 60° - 80° - 100° - 120°) • Extension: 0° to 120° (0° - 20° - 40° - 60° - 80° - 100° - 120°)

• The hip abduction-adduction range of motion is adjusted via a dual-joint mechanism using an Allen key.
• Settings are adjustable in 10° increments.
• Available in left and right versions.
• The belt is one-size and fits waist circumferences ranging from 82 to 172 cm.
